the CTRL candle design is heavily inspired by the iconic record art. the candle references the overgrown, outdated and overwhelming technology with SZA sitting at the center of the organized chaos. the candle design is the most ambitious jjjahels design to date. through rigorous design & sampling, it's resulted in a truly one of a kind candle design that is a product made of pure work, creativity, and passion. 

as always, its scent profile heavily reflects the music on the album. the record is full of emotional ballads, stories, and sentiments that are bittersweet in nature. whether it be feelings of self-loathing, lack of control, or simply feeling lost in the pain & love of the human experience; the candle scent aims to capture those sweet and sour moments in all of their raw and consuming glory. 

the CTRL candle fragrance fills the room with a fresh, unique, and distinctive smell. the combination of fragrance oils were picked specifically to create a scent that is reminiscent to fresh flowers in spring and sweet new beginnings after a particularly "difficult" rainy season. the fragrance notes include:

• top: floral, peach, cherry blossom
• mid: rose, jasmine, lilac
• bottom: whitewood, musk, tamarind
